In House Productions

Instinct produce and finance films which have either been entirely originated or developed in-house. Currently the company has over 20 projects at various stages of development comprising a mix of international and local stories. International Co-Productions

Instinct will also co-produce with international partners, either in the form of an official co-production under the auspices of the various treaties which exist between Australia and a number of other countries, or a simple financial co-production.

Equity Financing

Instinct is in a position to raise up to 50% of a film's budget in the form of equity investment on qualifying Australian films.

Production Services

Instinct has set up a fully digital studio in Port Melbourne called The Film Hub. These facilities enable Instinct to digitally record, edit, animate, score, sound design and distribute movies in-house.

This not only enables it to provide an exceptionally skilled and experienced team that have worked together on several movies but also enables it to use the most cutting edge technology available at any given time.

With the in-house production experience available to Instinct and the relationships Instinct has built with nationwide crews and facilities, Instinct is also able to offer a full range of production services to incoming international companies. Although currently focussed on servicing productions from India via Instinct India a similar service can be offered to production companies from anywhere in the world



FACTS


Pete Postlethwaite has had an extensive career featuring many great performances and critical acclaim.

His standout accomplishments include The Father in Distant Voices, Still Lives, Romeo and Juliet and In the Name of the Father, for which he received an oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actor.
